Policies:

There is a no refund policy for digital courses under any circumstance. By submitting your payment you, the customer, agree to these terms and conditions. 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time varies depending on the service selected. Processing time does not include the shipping period.

  • QuickWigs (pre-order only)

    Because of the increased order volume from our holiday sale, all wig orders are now fulfilled on a pre-order basis and will be shipped in the order that it is processed. Normal processing time is 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS (holidays and weekends are not counted in business days). During holidays and sales processing times may increase.

 

  • Closures, Frontals and Bundles – 8 business days if shipped to your house. If ordering for an appointment your order must be placed atleast 5 business days before your service.

 

SHIPPING TIME

After the processing period is over all wigs are shipped using UPS or USPS. Shipping is 4 Business Days for US Residents and 6-10 Business Days for International Orders.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order you have within 24 hrs  of your original purchase date to notify us. After 24 hours there is a no-refund, no-exchange on all items/services purchases on our site.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

There is a no return or exchange policy on all wigs, bundles and courses. 

Exchanges are only accepted FOR BUNDLES within 4 days of receiving receiving them. Bundles must be unaltered and still in original packaging.

WIGS are FINAL SALE. AS IS. There is NO return or exchange policy on wigs. Shipping may sometimes alter wigs styles. We do not offer refunds/exchanges.

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not accepted.

We are not responsible for wigs not fitting. Please verify that your head measurement is correct before choosing your wig size. We are not responsible for the altering of wig styles during the shipping process. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on any custom wigs. Custom wigs are final sale. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. Please check with shipping carrier for lost or late packages  

  • All orders come with a Tracking Number

  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office. (You must contact USPS to do this)
